I left a message a few weeks back with the Harlow Leisure zone Manager about carers and parents paying full price to assist their disabled children in the pool. She has just called me back to say they had a meeting and now registered carers (have to show badge) and parents of disabled children can assist their children in the pool and gym free of charge! If the child is obviously disabled then no form is needed, any doubt then DLA letter will be asked for.
This needs to be communicated to parents and carers. It does not cover any activity other than pool and gym.
